Dear Friends,
As you know, we’ve long supported the Best Friends Animal Society‘s efforts to assist animals of nearly every shape, size, color, and breed. Here’s their latest support request. It’s an Easter themed message… one that will allow you to save Peter Cotton-Tail‘s friends and relatives! A Special Request from Eddie Rabbit (No, not that Eddie Rabbit) Eddie Rabbit has a special Easter wish. He wants a brand new Best Friends Bunny House for him and his friends! And you can help him. This season, when you sponsor a rabbit for yourself, a loved one or a child – all of the proceeds go to helping Best Friends rabbit remodel and expand their Bunny House. Your $25 gift sponsorship comes with a personalized e-card from you on Easter (or any other day you like), along with a photo and story of the pet you’ve sponsored. So please, pick out Eddie Rabbit or one of his friends to sponsor, and help them build the Bunny House of their dreams: “Aren’t you a little short to be the Easter bunny?” It’s true; Eddie Rabbit is a tiny thing, less than four pounds. But just like the Easter bunny, he’d love to brighten a grown-up or a child’s holiday — perhaps with his sponsorship photo! Eddie was once a classroom rabbit that everyone forgot to take care of. But he’s not holding any grudges. He may be a little shy, but thanks to the Best Friends Bunny House, he has a safe haven, and he’s living a busy life of digging and making bunny friends. Sponsor Eddie Rabbit.

She’s pretty as a picture, but she’s an active little rascal!
Ellie came from the Great Bunny Rescue of 2006. That’s when Best Friends helped hundreds and hundreds of rabbits who were breeding out of control in somebody’s back yard. It took a lot of spaying and neutering to “fix” that problem! And rabbits like Ellie had rarely been touched or loved, so they were scared. Plus, a little claustrophobic from lack of space! Many of those rabbits have now been adopted to happy homes, but Ellie is still pretty shy, so her home hasn’t come along yet. But that’s OK; at Best Friends , she can take all the time she needs to get comfortable and adjust to her new, more spacious life. And it’s your support that makes it possible for her! Sponsor Ellie.

Can bunnies dial 911?
The police found poor Bunjie, curled up by the side of the road and knew he was in trouble. Someone had left him out there, all hungry. And what’s worse is that his long fur had gotten so matted and tangled he couldn’t have walked, even if he’d had the strength to. When the police rescued him, he came to Best Friends. And now, you should see this happy, fuzzy, plump and well-groomed rabbit race around. He’s super-bouncy! And he’d love to be sponsored so that even more rabbits can know what a miracle feels like. Sponsor Bunjie.

| Your special bunny sponsorship also comes with a year-long subscription to Best Friends magazine, full of good news, feature articles, and real-life happy stories about animals.
