		<description>I remember when I purchased my first home back in 2000.  It was a nice 3 bedroom house in Port St. Lucie, FL.  I purchased my home for $83,000 back then, it&#039;s amazing that we are at the same prices again today that we were almost a decade ago.  I didn&#039;t keep my home, I sold in 2002 for $135,000 because I moved.  Such wonderful opportunities out there now for the Real Estate investor!
