Thanks Kevin – love the link love and there are some wonderful people you mentioned here. What do you know about “Link Exchange”, is it good or bad? Care to hear what your thoughts are.
Petra Norris’s last blog post..Lakeland Florida Entertainment of the Week – Harrison School for the Arts
Hey Petra! I’m always happy to explore ways of sharing content and linking to that written by others. It’s interesting that you ask the question about “Link Exchanges,” as I’ve received several requests from other bloggers to do these. Have to say, it’s not something I think I’m going to be doing much of.
Seems the best route is to keep putting information out there, making connections via social networks, and let your URL pop up on other bloggers’ Blog Rolls as they will.
Anyone else have a take on this one?
Kevin,
What a great resource you’ve put together – thanks for including us and making it easy to connect with so many others.

Kevin, Your site was found while scouring the web for more information about the Home Valuation Code of Conduct, the Fannie Mae 1004-MC form and other subjects of interest to Appraisers across the country, Florida, in particular.
With over 30 years experience as an appraiser in Pinellas County, and 8 years as a member of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board 94 as Chairman), feel free to use me as a resource if you have appraisal related questions. Obviously, my area of expertise is Florida Real Estate Appraisal rules, regulations and statutes, but run other appraisal related questions by me.
Adding your site to my blogroll. You have a very good variety of posts. There’s something for everyone!
Last blog post from Frank Gregoire… Taking a Break – Just for the Weekend
Frank,
Thanks so much for your comment! Man, love your site. Seriously, I’ve been reading up on appraisals and, especially on the varying ways Appraisers nationwide are contending with Form 1004MC.
Spent a while on your site and am really impressed. You have some terrific information there! It’s like having a local version of Appraisal Scoop right here in FL!

Thanks for the kind words. Pleased to hear you like the site. This morning’s post is about the disaster about to hit the appraisal, mortgage broker, real estate broker worlds May 1, 2009: the Home Valuation Code of Conduct.

Is the mortgage opportunity for our Florida storage clients still in dire straights? They can’t get a deal funded for the time being.
Hey Matt – it’s still tough for folks with poor credit scores. Even FHA and USDA programs require 620 or above. Loan modifications are happening for folks currently behind on their mortgages.
This Real Estate posting is very important article. It’s a helpful service for anybody.
Thanks
Mack
