		<description>Home sales have definitely slowed down, but it will be interesting to see how things may or may not change when we enter 2009 and the holiday season has passed.  The real estate buying season was already sour prior with some cases of REO bidding wars, so we can only see how things work themselves out, in hand with the lowered interest rates.
