Hi fellow readers, there are currently 2,438 homes for sale in Lakeland, Florida. The average sales price is $217,061 and the average size of a home is 1,848 square foot, which calculates to $109.30 per square foot.

Altogether, there were 76 homes newly listed with area Realtors ®. The average listing price for this week’s new homes on market in Lakeland is $179,769 with average square feet of 1,737.
