Actually, make that any time of the year with such perfect weather as you describe. For most of us, there is something about being close to the water that immediately relaxes even the most stressed folk. That's why my retirement dream is to live in an environment like Winter Haven, where the only decision I have to make is whether to pick up my water skis, fishing rod or wakeboard before heading out on the water. Florida, here I come! As an avid water ski enthusiast, Winter Haven sounds like just the kind of place I’d want to visit on summer vacation.
